CMM was founded by Giorgio Lazzarone in 2001. The family's experience—from performance boats to offshore racing—lives on today in custom yachts, commercial craft, composite manufacturing and complete refit projects.

With long-standing experience and the ability to adapt to different production needs, we are a capable partner for series, custom and refit projects.

SHIPYARD & TYPICAL PROJECT FLOW

Refit work is carried out inside our enclosed and equipped Antalya facility. The typical flow below is adapted to each project's approved scope.

Brief & engineering
The operating profile, priorities and technical boundaries are defined within the project scope.

The material system is selected and the approved mould, hull or refit work is completed.

Interior, electrical, mechanical and deck work is completed to the agreed scope.
